Exotic Edibles is a small farm just outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico
where we grow exclusively Oyster Mushrooms (Pleurotus Ostreatus).
We supply a few restaurants in Albuquerque with fresh mushrooms weekly
and market directly to the public through the Grower’s Markets in the Albuquerque area.
